Rolled over the $39 million mark a few minutes ago... that's impressive and we still have a year (mol) to go but only a little over 8K alpha slots left

Most of the money seems to be coming from recurring buyers though so the 8k slots isnt a huge issue. I like the idea of the 40m procedural generation goal and the new capital ship looks good too.

I'm wondering how fast the alpha slots will disappear once the DFM goes live. I do like the look of the Mustang they just debuted.

I think the alpha slots will disappear before the DFM gets released.

Alpha slots dropped more than 200 in a single day...that's significant. 7811 remaining at the moment and roughly two months out for the DFM release (rumored). If the slots keep this pace, they won't last long. I created a separate account for each of my packages so that I'll be sure to get a hangar for each since it's undecided how that'll work having multiple packages on a single account. Who knows, maybe they'll open up more slots if the DFM needs it for testing. I'm just looking forward to trying some of the ships out.
