Minimum specs question

I just upgraded my prehistoric E67000 dual-core 2.66Ghz/4GB RAM machine with a GTX 950 2GB. Odd but true. (The rest of the upgrade will come later.)

What are my chances of having any kind of performance and eye candy with BOS, even with just one or two planes in the air? I definitely would like nice terrain. Am I dreaming?
