Error 52

I have that problem when trying to install SAMSim. Runtime Error 52. I read answer about DLL files but I do not know what to do with them. I am trying to install it like always but it's not working for some reason. It's showing that it's processing all 7 DLL files, yet this error is still coming. I am baffled because I installed SAMSim on this PC (Windows Vista 32 bit) only 2 weeks ago and it was working like a charm. Same version, same things that I did.

my computer run at 64bit.

My computer (where I do the development) also run on 64bit, so it should not be a problem.
Try to download it again.
Do not try to run the installer inside of winrar.
First unpack the downloaded file into a directory, than run the setup.exe from that directory.
