"Please insert disk" at 98% of installation

Please help, I'm trying to install sam simulator on Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit but it always so the error "Please insert disk" or "Cannot find file "E:\samsim_v929\" although it's already there!

tips...

- try to download it again
- extract the samsim rar file into a directory
- start the setup from this directory (not from inside of the rar)

- Downloaded again
- Extracted to E:\samsim_v929\
- Installed to E:\Games\samsim_v929\

Ok, fine. This time I leave the installion folder default.
