Deployment phase, coloured squares...

On the deployment phase there are different coloured squares with different attributes depending on their colour... concealment/the ability to dig in etc...

Does anyone have a link to a chart or picture, or even a detailed explanation of this?
Can't believe it isn't even in the manual??? or am I just missing this vital info?

I know the innner and outer lines mean different things... green means good concealment I think, but the rest of it I'm just guessing.
