Green Screen At Tutorial Videos - 02/25/11 11:55 PM

Help, please. My system is from July 2008 but runs everything else under the sun out there and drivers, etc. are fairly up to date. It is:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 2.66GHz 12MB Cache 1333MHz FSB
Dual 512MB GeForce 9800 GT
4GB 1066Mhz Ram
790i SLI motherboard
500 GB HD
20x DVD/RW driv

I can watch the "getting to know the A10" video, see everything in the game just fine, etc. but as soon as I try to load any of the actual flight tutorials (ie startup) I get a long load and then this:

I've tried the 3GB .ini line fix someone put in Magnum's thread and I still get the same thing. I feel like I'm back to days of boot disks. Help me understand why I want this headache! I just blew $60!

Gracias!

4 Mb ram? you meen 4 Gb ?
Try disable one of your Grafic cards and see if that helps
And try the newest drivers from nvidia

Wath OS do you have?
If xp try the 32 bit exe and not the 64 bit

Yeah, sorry...4GB. Fixed that...

OS is XP in 32 bit. I'll try your suggestion later this weekend. Thanks.

Keep 'em coming!

it seems like video corruption.

check GPU drivers and DX9 drivers

EDIT: are you able to play the game??? (ex: quick combat, campaign...)
