They keep pushing those dates back on Forza 2 and GTR 2. It's driving me nuts.

Forza 2 is now June 8th in the UK, which presumably is the case for the rest of Europe too.

FYI GTR has been droped and no longer has a release date. It may be picked up later by a different company but as of right now they have no plans for a release.

Denial isnt just a river in Egypt
THQ (the publisher) dropped them and they have no release date officially. Simbin has filed for publisher status but even if they get it that still doesnt mean they will release it for the 360. They need funding first so they may hold off on the 360 launch until after Race 07 is released. Or they may not ever release it for the 360.
