Well with RHSAFRF, you mean solely with the Russian side (or playing with the Russian side) or do you mean all the RHS mods including for example RHSUSAF (US side)?
If you also want to play with the American side of these mods (RHSUSAF) then you have - The East Wind: Escalation [RHS/BAF] campaign/mod.
This is a remake of the original ArmA3 campaign replacing the futuristic stock ArmA3 units with the ones found in the RHS and BAF mods. Although it has a few bugs (like no magazines for the Mk11 marksman rifle) I was able to finish the campaign.
