User made campaigns?

Is it possible to make user made campaigns using the mission editor? Is anyone working on any? I know it's possible to make single missions, but is it possible to create a campaign with cutscenes, etc?

It should be...it was in OFP. It was, however, a lot more complex than just making a bunch of missions, put em together, and call it a campaign.

And...if it holds true to form for ArmA, it will be even more complicated.
