Not the same pic, but I remember that someone did that for real, by accident, in Seattle a decade ago! Hung up in powerlines, upside down, above a major street right by Boeing Field. I think he ran out of fuel? Took some fine work by firefighters from the Seattle area, but they got him down safe!

Can't be Australia. The plane has a "N" registration number, so it's USA somewhere.
