Tron...how do you post images in your sig? Didn't think that was allowed...or is it not part of your signature?

Well, right Tailspin...old bean

I have no sig defined, I just have a notepad-file handy containing my signature.

How is it going? Wanna fly RB-online?

It's certainly a relief to see the forum back up.

Since this forum first came into being I have become completely addicted to Red Baron again, although I am sticking strictly to single player for now. I am seeing some incredible stuff going on with the AI now that I have the Panama Red Flight models and the computer system I could only dream about a couple of years ago.

One thing is for sure. A long-term problem I was having with Red Baron CTDs was finally fixed after seeing advice on this board. The problem was so frustrating and mysterious that I hadn't even bothered installing Red Baron on my latest computer.

The solution to the CTD problem was to enable custom paint schemes in the preferences instead of default. A real simple fix that I have been told repeatedly isn't supposed to work, but it does...

Now the program runs great and I can use any available patch without trouble.

There is so much expertise floating around SimHQ that to not have a Red Baron Forum here would be a waste of talent.
