Even the intro is moving like at 2 or 3 fps. Am I missing a setting?

This is a re-release of a four year old simulation and if you have anything in the way of CPU and video card you should be getting the maximum 20 fps the simulation is cabable of. If you are only seeing 2-3 you have a large problem. Is it just OIF you are having the problem with? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled? Are you running it in "Glide" D3D?

If you do it, you'll be OK.
