Right then... Im buggered if I can get this mission done! I think its called Hidden Agenda??? Its where you go into a Russian base to blow it up... and then supposedly capture two russian officers.... well, it aint happening!!! after the bombs go off... and the Americans are called in... they get killed... and its mission over.... and failed

Ive tried several methods... and they either end up in me getting killed... or the officers.... any tips ideas??? I know its a bit late in the OFP life time... but I gotta finish this campaign!!!!!

i have played that mission at least six times and, i could never figure out how i could capture those officers. i always just kill them and then i remember it says something like - well at least now they won't be able to tell the Americans anything. boy i will sure have some explaining to do when i get back to base. or something of that nature.

the only time i failed the mission was when i didn't get in the pbr and ecape in it out to sea in time. i don't think you are really meant to capture those officers. it is important that they all die and then you need to escape in time. if you do this i believe you will complete the mission and red hammer will be over. that is what works for me. others may respond that they were able to capture those officers. if they can do it they are certainly smarter than i am.

A particularly easy way to beat this mission is to just keep laying satchel charges. Find more lay them, find more, lay them, etc. I laid them everywhere, ran off over a hill, set them all off, (almost ground my system to a halt) and came back to discover that there no survivors...

Ran to the boat, sailed away. It's one of the easiest and shortest missions in the game.

I set my charges (about 6, not too many) and then went prone by the boat (not as much running or getting shot at). Took out most people, then the officers came running out of a building I believe. Anyway, if you run up to them, you can "capture" them and get the "super-happy" ending. I maneged to do this twice.

Heheh, Cheers lads.... my ending would be stuck with the Americans... or being killed.... I shall give it another go.... and see what happens

thanks for that tip Shooter about capturing the officers. i am going to play red hammer again to see if i can capture them. in an effort to save my own skin i always just ran for the boat and, i always missed capturing them.
