Over yonder in WWIIFighterland I was known

I hope to fly with my old comrades, and maybe some new ones. Cheers,

Good to find a new 'home' with so many well known 'faces'. This looks like a good substitute for the old forum (rip).

Gosh, this happen when I just begun my active duty for the WW2 community...hope the 3Dmoders, skinners, modellers, dammagers are still full of energy? We'll find a place to host the fruits.

Hey Spooky, Opie, Bear, et al,

I couldn't get "Pike"--already taken. I thought about a word that best expressed my prowess as a fighter pilot; since I have the
9th Tactical Air Force record for exiting A/C, what better name than . . .?

Haven't been able to fly lately, but am good to go now. Maybe I can wing sombody in one of the pretty new planes that have showed up or are on the way. The J Man

Hot Damn this is great!! All the old timers and some new ones too. Maybe the old WW2 forum needed this shot in the arm. I was afraid I wasn't gonna be able to talk to you guys anymore. It's strangs how people you haven't even met can start to seem like old freinds in these forums!!
And Pike!!Or Jumpy!! For Gods sake, where have you been? You stopped answering e-mails and I was afraid something had happened to ya! We get together on Thursdays now in the new Aguada lobby. How about stoppin by and flyin with us again?

Hi Pooch! Glad to catch up with you again.

I am looking forward to flying again. I have had to take a little time out, but I have started to fly some practice and am ready to go--lot's more fun to fly than to walk.

There's ol' aka-O'Conner up there. That man is dangerous in a P-38. Saw a post from Opie, and I have been catching up with the mighty Renner (Spooky) so I'm feelin' good with the crew getting together here.

Best regards, Jumpy

PS Papa is around somewhere. Sounds like he and Spooky had a hell of a night last night. J

Hi guys - what happened? I took some time to be with our grandchildren and the old place collapsed! I sincerely hope that this will work out for us. We took them to Disney World last week and now I'm so broke I can't even pay attention! It's sure a nice feeling to see you all have followed to this site. Any word from Fluke & Hemmy?

Alright then, time to go back to my cave...
