Combatmission: Afrika Corps

Its not a tank sim, but it simulates tanks very good. I like these fast driving american tanks with fast turret speed.

Yes Combatmission is a good strategy game, i used to play the first one of the series but been a while since last time now. Hmm i might try to find the cd and install it again, just wish the tanks were driveable.

Hey, a bit of a tangent here, but about the M-24:

This tank was highly regarded I realize, but this must be because it had 'virtues' which do not come across in any review of its specs; i.e., looking at its 'official' maximum speed, armor thickness, gunpower, etc., (and with the full understanding that it was a light not main-battle tank,) it does not seem particularly impressive. Obviously, the Chaffee must have possessed qualities which do not come across 'on paper.'

Feedback, anyone?
