So it looks like my beloved Red Sox just don't have the firepower to keep up with the Yankees and the Orioles so they'll miss out on getting the wildcard.

And on a different note, has anyone ever seen a team as atrocious as the current White Sox? They are now 60 games under .500 and they have lost 20 games in a row!! Unreal.


Anyway, anyone else here following the MLB season?

Maybe MLB needs some gender controversy so people here would be interested in posting in this thread?

My Tigers have stunk for so long I don't watch MLB anymore. I'd actually rather watch a NCAA or minor league game than a Red Sox, Yankee, or Dodgers, Giants game. . As far as controversy, it's there in the MLB. Just wait for the Olympics to be over, it will get back into the media cycle.
