Hello Pilots,

what could be the reason my WOFF 1.37 crashs to desktop every 2-3 times after a mission?
Im pressing CTRL-Q, then Enter and woops im on the desktop.
My kills and my missions are then...gone.
This is frustrating and i will only continue my campaign if i find a cure for this.

My System runs without any issues MSFS, DCS, Falcon BMS and all current games...

Windows 11 (german language...this played a role in a bug some years ago if i remember right)
7800 X3D with 64 GB Ram
RTX 3080Ti

Every driver and software up-to-date, temperatures are normal...

Regards,
Jan

I have had a few weird exiting issues (similar to this) several years ago and the problems were solved by setting compatibility of the WOFF.exe and/or the cfs3.exe to Win7 or Win8.

Assuming you have not replaced cfs3.exe, check your Language settings as per FAQ section 5 (WOFF BH&H II FAQ is on Support page on our website).
Normally it shouldn't be a problem if it works mostly.

It could also be a permissions issue (set WOFF.exe and cfs3.exe to run as an administrator in compatibility settings for each) or it could be interfering Anti Virus. (section 7 of FAQ).

Also more likely, as it seems to be random, for WOFF it usually suggests a PC issue (overclocking/overheating CPU/memory issue etc). Lowering any overclock, check fans are fully working and not clogged with dust etc. Do a PC RAM memory check - there's software for that).
