Good golf Wigean. yeah, that was a hard course wasn't it? You really need to be sharp, put the ball in the right spots, and have a good short game. Big scores are around every corner if you're not careful. My tournament was better than I might have guessed heading in. I managed to avoid disaster. I don't mind a few bogeys over the four rounds. But I hate doubles and triples so I'm always happy to avoid them

I just finished the tournament.
Thought I could be a ghost this time. So you could see some of the disasters I have.

Mixed bag, eagles yes, but a lot of Bogeys as well.

I could have done better.

First two rounds were very tight. I led by a shot after the first round. Really struggled to get going and was just 1-under through 14. But then I started finding my feet. You led by a stroke after the second round. But then over the final two rounds I edged in front. But you did beat me three eagles to two!

I made two eagles and four bogeys over the four rounds. And with that, this season comes to a close. I'll set up a new season soon. Thanks for playing, this is a lot of fun.

Are there any changes or requests you'd like to make? Settings, courses, formats or any of those sorts of things? I have to apologize that the last tournament used the same pin positions every day. I always set a different pin for each round. But when I was creating this event something went wrong with the course selection, and I had to change it back. But I think this reset the individual round settings and set the pins back to the default 1st position and I missed it.

With regards to courses, I think you mentioned some more complex ones?

Doesn`t matter for me really. I take the challenge when it comes.

I finished the tournament, and nicked it by two shots. Very tight battle out there. I made two eagles to your one, and that was the difference. We made exactly the same number of both birdies and pars. You made five bogeys to my three, but I added a four-putt double on the long par 3 on the back nine. Shockingly horrible, that was. Your second round was lights out, but the third round was the difference I think. And with that, the first event of the new season is in the books.

Yes, my third round was dissapointing.

From a 59 round in the second to a 69 round in the third tells a story that I must improve my consistency.
I will try to do better in the next one.

New tournament is up. We have a new player, but he is already suggesting changes to our settings, so I'll ignore him for a while until I see he is sticking with it.

I finished all four rounds and played pretty well, especially the third round when I holed out twice for eagle from the fairway and added another eagle putt, all on the front nine. In all, six eagles and one bogey. Good luck!

With reards to the settings I just think you should do the settings your way.

Either way it is equal for all players.

I saw his comments about the weather not changing which is wrong.
I might have missed something with the last rounds, but the conditions are definately not the same.

Yeah I try to mix it up when I create the events, but I lean toward nice weather. I change the wind speed and direction. I change pin locations each round. If I set it to rain I make the course softer. If it's dry each day the course gets firmer. Some events will be nice, some will be stormy. Bad form to pop in, play one event and make sweeping generalizations, but he's got to play by my rules haha.

I won`t talk about my numbers (sigh) , but those numbers you made there must be hard to beat.

I am already looking forward to the next tournament. May be I can improve and close the gap just a little.

I played well, not often I make six eagles, and like I said I holed out two approach shots and that's rare too. Not sure if it's the low total in our society but it's right there I reckon.
