So sorry to be a pain I am having a new problem. I uninstalled after the problem then reinstalled WOFF, I get to the loading screen and get a screen (i would put up a screenshot but had no luck working it out how to)

WOFF DLL DID NOT START OR WOFF DLL RUNTIME CRASH!

I ran the latest Microsoft C+runtime in the toolbox still no good

Could be several things, but likely permissions issue (Anti Virus blocking WOFF or Cfs3, or you may need to set WOFF's properties, compatibility tab, to "Run this program as an administrator") probably. What was the first problem?

BTW just in case, do NOT post any log files in forums.

Thank you Polovski I ran the program as administrator and worked ok (he says with fingers crossed) as I stated in my other posting I had to reinstall Windows 10 I also after a lot of other things installing I installed the latest Java I wonder if that helped at all.
