Just got it myself! I must say I'm enjoying the Nieuport 11 with its various loadouts and paint schemes. Hoping for some more early war 2-seaters and scouts now.

Not found of getting the same game twice, already have plenty in RoF.

Did buy FC1 and 2 to support an hypothetical future pacific ww2 game, but now that IL2 series is basically over, why rebuy a game you already own ?

Is this your assumption because Jason left or have you read some inside information that confirms this?

Because Jason left, Han left, russia is somewhat unpopular at the moment so probably anything eastfront related won't sell well, and nothing was announced about the future, bar a few collectors and re-selling RoF.

No inside info sorry, bare dry deduction.

Jason and Han leaving can have an impact but I don't think the current war in Ukraine will affect sales of Eastern Front-related content at all. After all, I'd say the vast majority of flight simmers play flight sims with little to no consideration for current political issues.

As for Flying Circus, the graphics engine has been completely revamped and it looks much better than ROF. I haven't flown enough of it yet to determine though if the flight modelling is significantly different.

I was flying some multi-player co-op missions in Flying Circus with a buddy yesterday. Close in WWI biplane aerial combat in VR is an order of magnitude experience beyond anything on a flat screen.
