I think you need to re-read the article, it's not about what is the slowest of the fastest but how slow can you go in the fastest. Somehow I didn't think an explanation was necessary rolleyes

but it isn't the fastest (manned) aircraft ... so no matter how slow you can go in it, it still won't be how slow can you go in the fastest aircraft .
