I remember when the last WWI veteran passed. Now we’re getting close to the last WWII vet as well. Always remember them!

I remember when the last WWI veteran passed. ! I know the last US WWI veteran was an African-American who had served as an ambulance driver during the war. I think he made it to 108! Incredible.

I remember when the last WWI veteran passed. ! I know the last US WWI veteran was an African-American who had served as an ambulance driver during the war. I think he made it to 108! Incredible. Actually the last US WWI veteran was white, Frank Buckles. He was an ambulance driver and he died at age 110 in 2011
