Hi All,

I will try to recreate all 80 victories of MvR in BH&H2. JSGME compatible.

Weather included in scenarios.

Scenario will use the same custom skin as your campaign pilot. So, I advise you create a new pilot in Jasta 2 so that you don't accidentally kill your own pilot.

Tried to include actual names of all pilots both friendly and enemy.

Examples of the first 2 scenario descriptions are in the pics below.

4/28 - Updated Victory #1 scenario, Added Victory #2 Scenario. Updated Scenario Descriptions to include MvR's combat reports.
4/30 - Added Victory #3, Rework of paths in all scenarios (better AI)
5/1 - Added Victory #4. Minor changes to the other scenarios for better paths and weather.
5/4 - Added Victory #5. Minor changes to the other scenarios to fix landing for Jasta 2

Sounds like a lot of fun,

You would probably have better luck using Quick Combat, then saving it as a scenario. Then you could select the skins you use. Only problem being that it won't allow you to select the wingmen skins so everyone but you and your opponent will be default skins.

For the skin, in the aircraft line for the player "Type="AlbDII_Sqd" IsPlayer="y", could you specify a particular plane (e.g. Alb DII QC1), and then set it's skin to MvR's? and then undo it when finished, which could be done by deactivating the whole shbang in JSGME.

edit: too obvious; just tried and it doesn't work, for whatever computer reason. But I did get the Urlenbacher! and I see that you got a solution, so on to #2 - thanks for these!

Thanks for the suggestions. I found a way to include the skins. Create a new pilot for campaign, then select MvR's skin as custom. The scenario will automatically default to it. Here's a snapshot of the serial numbers in the aircraft in the scenarios.

Uploaded Victory #2 and modified Victory #1.

Had to substitute the Martinsyde's to B.E. 12's.

Will start on #3 soon.

Added Victory #3. Also, I did a rework of paths in all scenarios for a better AI, in my opinion. Substituted Albatros C with Aviatik CIs.

Added Victory #4. I recommend turning on wind to enable the strong westerly winds in the scenario weather file.

Also made minor changes to the other scenarios.

I'm skipping the unconfirmed kills (e.g. 10 Oct 1916). Working on the scenario that earned him "Ace" status... Victory #5.

Added Victory #5. Had to adjust time by 1 hour to keep the fight during daylight.

Victory #6 is next.

Hopefully you have him flying an Alb D.I initially, as he did during at least his first five victories. It is unknown exactly when the D.IIs arrived in Jasta 2 (Boelcke's was a pre-production model) but research indicates late October/early Nov 1916. And even then there wasn't a one-for-one D.I/D.II swap, there was a blend of both, but we have no idea exactly what make/model/number MvR flew until his 15th victory on 27 December. And don't get carried away with the Halberstadt victories! His use of that machine is grossly over-estimated/exaggerated in most books.
