I have described a solution to change and safe the pilot seat position and the crosshair-view without change of zoom (for WOFF and WOTR). You find it here:

Thanks for posting that Becker01. Only thing to be aware of: if we update an aircraft the files will be overwritten. Then you would need to re-edit those new files with the changes manually again.
