FUBAR is what happened ot Arnold's film career about 20 years ago.

His A list career as a leading man of blockbuster hits definitely ended at that time. Terminator 3 was the end of that era.

Yes, there were German units that used captured allied equipment. This is a bit silly though.
At least they used real airplanes in the filming of it. So there's that.
Um yeah....it's quite obvious this is a "leave your brain at the door" type of war movie. This is not at all intended to be on the same level as "Patton" or "A Bridge Too Far". It took me about 15 seconds of watching the trailer to know this was low budget cheese.

Looks that way Panzer. The last Hollywood war movie I watched was 'Fury' and I still regret that but I needed to watch it because of Tiger 131. My name is among many others on a plaque at Bovington Tank Museum as a donator to its restoration (or at least it used to be, one of my friends saw it, I've unfortunately never been there).
For the war film aficionado it looks like foreign films do a much better job, at least that's what I found.

There was a time period in Hollywood when quite a few really high quality war movies were made but I estimate that era ended by the late 90's. There have been a few exceptions though like "Blackhawk Down".

Again, that sounds about right. I saw Blackhawk Down at the cinema and vowed never to re-watch it as I found it very harrowing. I can never watch Saving Private Ryan again for the same reason although I will admit as I've got older my enjoyment of gritty, realistic war films has waned somewhat. That beach scene was quite horrific but obviously a truer depiction of what happened than anything we saw in the likes of The Longest Day and its ilk.

Amsterdam and Babylon were not her movies though. They both had ensemble casts.
The box office disappointment of Suicide Squad and Birds of Prey though definitely did hurt her salary demanding cred with the studios.

The Super Mario Brothers movie made an absolute KILLING this opening weekend.
And ultimately that's really what matters. Doesn't matter how good or crappy the movie is or what kind of audience it caters to. If it makes a crapload of money then everything else is secondary.

It set the record for the highest box office opening weekend for any animated movie.
