We were at market and the steaks said made in Canada. I did not know Canada sold cows for steaks to USA. I seen label on packaging that Mexico, Brazil or Venezuela, never Canada.

I guess you had no idea that Canada has had a major cattle industry for a long time? Canada has a lower population than California so it makes perfect sense that a lot of Canadian beef is exported.
