Van Halen was metal? That Henrik guy has an odd concept of it.

To me Van Halen was hard rock. America's best. I guess because they had big hair, and every 80's guitarist immitated Eddie, they get lumped into that awful Hair Metal genre. Van Halen was kicking ass since the mid 70's. They are not metal, even hair metal. They are the greatest hard rock band of all time imo. DLR era.
I'm starting to feel like I should start subscribing to the local paper, so that I can check the obituary section listings each day, to verify that I'm not in there...
David Crosby was a very talented musician and vocalist, but there are many, many reports of him being a complete jack hole. RIP anyways. I always thought this was a powerful song about freedom.
