While I am really enjoying WOTR. In order to keep up with my flight to the first waypoint I find myself hitting the autopilot button right after take off and keeping it on until we hit the first waypoint when the flight slows down. Is there a guide or a write up that addresses aircraft management other than throttle. I see a lot of options in the keys but have no idea about the theory behind it or how to use it.

You need to adjust the propeller for maximum efficiency and also adjust the mixture, on the British planes, I think the Germans have auto mixture control.

Might I also recommend checking over the posts (and links) on the first page of this thread, for other helpful info. regarding engine management in WoTR.

On an unrelated note and not to double-post under the WoFF threads too -- here's wishing OBD and fellow WoFFers and WoTRers a Happy New Year and continued excitement in the virtual skies of our favorite two sims! Cheers 'gents.

Happy flying,
smile2

~ For my various FM/AI/FPS/DM Mods. for First Eagles 2, WoFF, RoF & WoTR, and tips for FlightGear, recommended is to check over my CombatAce profile (https://combatace.com/profile/86760-vons/) and to click on the "About Me" tab while there. ~
