Hmm, that's odd that you still aren't seeing damage.
In addition to the Workshop settings you listed above, make sure all of the following settings in the Graphic Details section are set to 5:
Aircraft Detail Effects Quality Aircraft Shadow Detail
Other than that, I can't think of anything else that may be causing your issues.

Yeah, all of those are set as well.
Is there a quick test I can do to see aircraft damage?
If I drag my wing on the ground while taking off, should it show visible damage on the model of the wing?
Also, to double check-
I downloaded the WOFF2 program from the website, then installed the 1.34 patch from the downloads section of the website. That is all I needed to install, right?
