No, but I have some CDs that I can’t find on other platforms. So to play them in the car I’m looking at getting a CDplayer with Bluetooth. They are problematic since not all radio receivers are compatible with them.

I still buy CD's when I can't find the music anywhere else. E.g. I recently bought some Energy Orchard CD's. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_Orchard

I still prefer the CD to the whole compressed MP3 sound. I like to hear the spaces in between the notes and chords too. I remember the first time I heard a CD for myself. I was in college at Michigan State. One of my roommates got a CD player. The first CD I heard was Dire Straits Brothers in Arms. We put the speakers on the apartment balcony and just blasted it. Of course we were playing hacky sack in the parking lot, which was the custom at that time.

Once in a while I will buy a CD but there's no doubt it has dropped precipitously over the past decade or so. I probably average about 1 or 2 CD purchases per year now.
My very first CD purchase was "Abbey Road" back in 1989 and I still have it. My very first album was Abbey Road. A Christmas present when I was about twelve. I still have it.

I am curious: anyone own 8-track or used to? My dad did. Unfortunately I still have memories of my dad listening to "Copa Cabana" on his car 8 track player.
