Schwab Strategic Trust - Schwab U.S. Dividend Equity ETF (SCHD)

Currently trading at around $67/share (was $77). Fund currently yields 3.68% with a very safe dividend.
" SCHD is a great ETF for those seeking a solid starting yield and high dividend growth.
Its total return has beaten that of the S&P 500 on a 5 and 10 year basis.
SCHD is once again trading at near its 52-week low, presenting a solid buying opportunity for value and income investors"

I Bond from TreasuryDirect.gov

"KEY FACTS: I Bonds can be purchased through October 2022 at the current rate. That rate is applied to the 6 months after the purchase is made. For example, if you buy an I bond on July 1, 2022, the 9.62% would be applied through December 31, 2022. Interest is compounded semi-annually."

I-Bonds are excellent! Unfortunately you can only buy 10,000.00 a year, per family member. The yields are exceptional right now.
