I was shocked to learn he was 83 years old, but then "Magnum P.I." was 40 years ago.....

Roger E. Mosley, ‘Magnum, P.I.’ star, dies at 83 after a car crash

"Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which The Party is always right." - George Orwell, 1984

RIP

What I find most poignant is that he didn't die from natural causes but a car crash. Not everyone makes it to their 80's.

“Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.”

Yeah, what a shame. Perhaps the crash was due to medical reasons ?

Anyway RIP

I really enjoyed the show and his role as the pilot, T.C was a good man.

That has not been mentioned in any articles I have read but the articles did mention that he was paralyzed from the shoulders down after the accident.

RIP Roger.
