Loving this aircraft. The RATO pods are fun to employ for short runways and fast climbs, as well as the drogue chute in landings on short runways.

The 3d model is just beautiful, we've come quite a long way since Aces Over Europe (where I first flew an Ar234 in a sim).

ace over may be outdated, but at least the people behind that game actually cared about what they did and about the end user.

My dude, I get it. You're not happy with the product and/or the people behind it. Time to move on? Or just enjoy it for what it is: A piece of computer software for entertainment purposes.

its not even good enough to be entertainment anymore.

pay to win isnt anything worth doing.

crickey, cant even get on it without a flurry of website certificate warnings..

maybe if controls did not change themselves, if game settings would stay the same, and if friendlies would not shoot me down,, all in single player

It's enough to keep you occupied complaining about it. Especially about things that I, as a long time IL2 player, have never experienced. Not even once.

Only time I’ve had control map change issues is when I plugged my devices back in different USB ports. And even that has been a while, hell I just rearranged things due to my new steering wheel and the control mappings stuck.

I did have the graphics settings change once on an update, but it was warned about in the patch release readme. I think it was due to the introduction of new rendering code. Took 2 seconds to change it back.

I don’t have site issues at all - all browser checks are good, using Firefox and/or Chrome. Not still on IE are ya? wink

When I go back and play WW2 sims of the days past, this one just blows them all out of the water: in graphics, flight model, sound fx, weapons selections, varied content and ease of getting online for a good multiplayer mission. Heck I even love the new quick mission map options, wish they had come sooner tho. wink
