Hi ho, long time lurker, new account.

Long story short I bought a CH Quadrant (Not the Pro Throttle. This thing: https://www.chproducts.com/Throttle-Quadrant-v13-d-718.html ) and it sucks. It really, really sucks. All the axes spike, and most of them don't go to 100%, they stop at 99% or 1% which means you can't properly use e.g. MW50 in the late Bf 109s in IL2 GB.

Anyways, I want to mod mine with magnetoresistive sensors. There's a guy under the handle "rel4y" on the DCS forums who has magnetic sensors for most CH Products but not the Quadrant.

Has anyone here modded a CH Quadrant before? How did it go?

Just replace with original, cheap/easy and will work great / last for years.

I'm skeptical. My quadrant started spiking within a year. CH used to be the go-to manufacturer for quality, durable products back in the 90s but that was 30 years ago.

Replaced my pots 18 months ago, no problems
