Good day gents. Currently helping a friend of mine in the research for a project related to the Spring Offensive of 1918, particularly in the Arras sector. Information about the British squadrons in the area can be easily found, but we're struggling to find anything related to German ones. Anyone got some information, or just some document or website we could consult?

Much appreciated,
TWK

There used to be a website in German that was all about the Jastas in WWI.

Damned if I can't find it now.

Frontflieger, Google translate will probably give you a popup and ask if you want translation to English.

Why don't you create a pilot at april 18 or so and simply scroll through the enemy squadrons or transfer squadrons in the intel section. There you can see where which squadron is located etc.

Cheers

Great idea, Creaghorn!

At the very least, WOFF will give you a good start into the names and locations of the Jasta's operating in that area, although I imagine they did a lot of jumping around in response to where they were needed most at any particular time. At least it is a start, and then TK's friend can try Googling the names for more information.
