I have a simple question:
are there available (for 1.16.1) red on red campaigns?
Or is there any simple ways to do one?

Hi Canadair, try editing the formcomp file using notepad or another program that you like.

but that would edit only the helicopters

No with that you can edit fixed wing an ground units also.
