This it it, that's all. It should play non stop in recruiting offices all day.
That's a bad dude, and also a dumb (dead) TC.

The final shot is rolling alongside the tank. Or look at the hatch cover, how it changes between edits. This is at best a re-enactment. Not that you were saying it was real.
No, now go away or I shall taunt you a second time!

Agree with DBond. Now here is a prime example of actual WWII combat:
At the 2:07 mark you can clearly see a battlefield fatality.

Whatever the camera is mounted on in the first video begins moving just as he leaves the depression he is in. So, clearly not authentic combat footage.
Sorry Panzer, can't watch the second as it's age restricted I don't have a youtube account! What a relic I am!
Is there another link that bypasses or doesn't have this?

Hmmmf. Next you'll be telling me Kelly's Heroes was not a true story!
Still looks heroic though.

Not that I know of. Sorry about that.

Horrifying footage.
I can see why my wife's grandfather's hairs over his entire body would stand up whenever he even so much as heard a war movie in the distant background. He could never watch one again after serving in World War 2.

Remade in 1979, and another remake due out this year.

True. GWTW is not a war movie. It's simply a love story that takes place during a war. "The English Patient" is another example of that.

GWTW has one of my favourite shots in it. When Lara (main character name?) walks out of an alleyway & moves across the sea of suffering wounded. Great shot.
