The 2nd Matrix was good. The 3rd one put me to sleep.

My personal assessment:

Original Matrix film: Sci-fi classic that I can easily watch multiple times.
Matrix Reloaded: A decent movie with some memorable scenes but I only watched it twice and I was done.
Matrix Revolutions: A largely forgettable movie that I watched once in the theater and that's it.

How I can watch this? Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple don't have it.

It's the story of this Japanese soldier who continued fighting until 1975 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiroo_Onoda

Can you imagine what level of severe dissociative disorder someone has to have in order to believe they are fighting a war that has been over for 30 years?

This don't look hopeful. It will be on HULU, not at theater. Only 4 people in the cast https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11866324/ Director only have one movie experience, 10 Cloverfield Lane https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0870469/?ref_=tt_ov_dr#director

At https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prey_(2022_film) Despite being conceived as having an R-rating, Davis said that the film could potentially be cut to pass for a PG-13 rating.

The last Predator was horrible. So they decided to make one that's more horrible?

Because it's a name people know and that saves big time on the advertising budget.

The Predator franchise along with the Alien franchise for that matter is one of the most creatively bankrupt and flogged to death franchises in Hollywood. Only the original film from 1987 is a classic. Everything else that came afterwards ranges from mediocre to insultingly bad.

Alien Is great and one of my fav Sci-Fi, and 2 wasn`t that bad although when you have a first part as awesome as Alien, It´s always a tough job to either match or make a second part better. Similar happens with music, first three LP´s can be great or kind of but then all the rest suck In most cases. Led Zeppelin being a exception to the rule smile

I admit though that I liked AVP only. I guess because were It all happens and the pyramid settings (reason why I liked Stargate too). Plenty of action too. Aside from that, It´s 1, 2 and AVP, the rest are fillers. Predator was good too, but the rest are even worst then the rest of Alien titles not mentioned. Just my personal taste here, and I do like stupid films sometimes, just like I like James Bond films biggrin

I was ok with the basic plot of AVP and it was nice seeing Lance Henriksen again but the movie overall had a cheesy feel to it and what really sunk the movie for me was that "bonding" moment between Sanna Latham's character and the remaining predator where the predator makes her a weapon. That was just major eye-roll inducing for me. AVP 2 though was moronic and even worse than AVP.

I want to see this. It's not on Amazon Prime and Apple and HULU, etc

Good to see Korean war movie not American side view.

Moonfall was a complete box office disaster.

Seriously, I don't know how Roland Emmerich keeps finding investors for his movies.
