I tried it, and I found that it was rather disappointingly similar to the Eugen games. Tanks drive cross country at the sort of speeds you might see a car do on a highway, men run at breakneck speeds, and there seems to be pressure to have the battle over and done with PDQ, all of which contributes to a frontal rush method of game play. I do understand that a realistic operational tempo might be a little slow for most gamers, but I was rather hoping that Regiments would slow it down a notch from the usual maniac pace that most games have to something maybe a little faster than Graviteam Tactics, given modern equipment.
