TK, did you swap out an existing photo in the proper folder or add a new one with the next number in sequence? I've only gotten it to work by swapping out one of the existing photos with my own. HTH.

Trustworthykebab I have a JSGME mod that you could use. I use it myself. Here is the mod: Click to download Just unzip it, put the mod into your mods folder, and then replace the pictures in the mod, with your own. I think the max number of photos allowed per country in WOFF is 100, so don't number higher than that. If you have any questions, PM me. Regards

Hmm, I have tried it few months ago and I have swapped german default pilot1 with the new german pilot1. The new and the default-pilot1 have the same data with GIMP:
Pixel Size: 247 x 303 Pixel Resolution: 199,949 x 199,949 PPI Colour: RGB Accuracy: 8Bit Gamma Size: 225,6kB Typ: Windows BMP Picture, 24Bit Pixel: 74841
But it doesn't function. If I generate a new german pilot the first picture is a white spot.
Greetings!

Okay, I have it! I don't know the mistake I have done with GIMP (maybe a mistake with "export as" or/and "safe as"?). The data from new and default pilot-picture were the same (see above).
I have tried it with PAINT yesterday and it has functioned. Change of resolution to 247 x 303 and safe it with 24bit BMP (the pilot-picture was from RedBaron).
The mod from @Robert is a useful tool, first of all, if you want to change more than only one picture (and maybe in different nations).
P.S.: If you must change the RGB-features of your picture you will need very probably a more professionell program. I haven't found this possibility with paint. In this case with a RB-pilot-picture no problem, maybe because the RGB-features were suitable.
Greetings!
