I recently purchased and installed the WOFF BH&H II and the latest update patch. When going into the Campaign, Quick Combat or Quick Scenarios, I get the follow fault message: 'Error copying global layer. Make sure mission builder is not running' and then the program freezes and I have to click 'O.K.' to return to the main menu. How do I turn off the mission builder?

I am not sure if you are the same person in support email, but it's likely a fault with Norton Anti Virus as per the FAQ you have to disable Norton Life Lock. The part of the message regarding mission builder is generic, ignore that bit it is just a suggestion. The first bit is the actual error.
Basically, WOFF is trying to simply copy a file, and it's locked or blocked. If you have not contacted support then try the above and then contact support if still a problem.
