As you may have read elsewhere I have created a Darwin theatre from the Strikefighters 1 version.
In EAW the bump tiles separate land from water and they are very different from the SF1 counterparts, so I had to make and test some.
Unlike other versions of EAW the "Codegroup" exes have been able to use 24-bit BMP files for some time, and this made the task much easier:

I have a completely blank water tile PCX which I loaded into Photoshop.
I opened a Darwin coastal tile in MS Paint and carefully selected the land area.
Then I copied the selection into the PCX and saved it in Photoshop.

The Darwin coast tile BMP has a red border and a white number so that I can see it in the game.
Using PicPac I converted the PCX into "BPTile31.ter" and put it in the root folder to test

There's the tile:

Splashes as needed when shooting over the red border:

Dust when shooting into land:

Splashes again when shooting into the sea close to the shore:

It worked smile
