Can't watch the video at the mo, but that won't stop me speculating about what numbers one and two are.

I'd say the Garand and the Jeep.

The landing ship and the jet

The atomic bomb and radar

Oh hell, I could do this all day!

What are numbers one and two?

No, now go away or I shall taunt you a second time!

I'd say it's the atomic bomb and the aircraft carrier.

I'd guess the atomic bomb and radar

A/C carriers were around before WW2.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

The smartass answer is M&M's and Zippos.

The video suggests it's the bomb and radar.

This is also the war that gave us the jeep, blood transfusions, penicillin, flack jackets, the helicopter, radio controlled aircraft, synthetic rubber and crash helmets.

Sea Rations and K Rations. No army goes anywhere without eating.
My dad said Sea Rations were far better. He would know.

But they came to their full potential during WWII due to the tactics and technology devised during the war.
