Ok, I'm a huge fan. What's your favourite two films of him?

I'll start.

Pale Rider - Can watch this forever
Unforgiven - The best western ever made

My personal top two:

1. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
2. Firefox

I fully realize that pick #2 isn't an expected one by most fans but I think it's one of the best Cold War movies ever made and Clint turned in a great performance. And besides, the movie has an incredibly awesome looking plane (fictional of course) and a great soundtrack by Maurice Jarre.

Why so many hard questions?

"The Good, The Bad and the Ugly"

"Magnum Force"

I love the original Dirty Harry also, and "High Plains Drifter" is another one that stands out. Has he ever made a bad movie? Clint kicks arse.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

That's a subjective question of course but I think "Bloodwork" and "The Rookie" are pretty mediocre and forgettable.

Yeah, seriously, this one is hard.

So many good ones, and I'm not a movie guy at all. But it's Clint, so...

For me it's a very tight contest between these

Unforgiven
The Good, The Bad and the Ugly
Fistful of Dollars
Outlaw Josey Wales

Oh man, I don't know, if I am required to choose one

A Fistful of Dollars

No, now go away or I shall taunt you a second time!

Pale Rider for the Good piece of wood

Mag Force for A mans gotta know his limitations Crack and the shooting Range scene

Kelly's Heroes also had a toned down Don Rickles who still had a few good lines. I don't even know how to categorize that one, a heist movie maybe?

At the Goodwood Revival parade of WW2 vehicles there was a guy riding on a Sherman dressed as Odd Ball..

A "war heist" movie in the same vein as "Three Kings".

No one has mentioned “The Bridges of Madison County”.

I'm not sure I can list favorites as I've not seen them all and most of them tend to be pretty good movies.

I like Escape from Alcatraz, Honkytonk Man and In the Line of Fire. I like Honkytonk Man especially as that has Marty Robbins in it. I also like Clint's Hank Williams kind of drifter/musician character and that character's humor.

Unforgiven is a great Western. I don't think I've ever seen an actor really pull off a believable ex-cold blooded outlaw as Clint in that one. That wintry scene by the tree where he's waiting with the kid who just killed his first man and repented in doing so, Clint just has this cold, dead and hollowed out look.

I also like a lot of his movies that he's directed like Changling, Jersey Boys and J. Edgar.

Has anyone seen "The Mule"? I thought that looked interesting.

Dirty Harry series was another good one,

Just to many movies he has made that make him a legend in acting the most diversified acting roll.

I just like em all.

Paint your wagon when him Lee Marvin were singing.
