Here are my 3 picks.
1. Magical Mystery Tour
Terrible acting and zero plot but the music is great and it's still a must-see for any hardcore Beatles fan.
2. Zardoz
A movie so strange and undecipherable but that's what makes it fun to watch.
3. Battle Beyond the Stars
Incredibly campy acting and mood but who knew that "Seven Samurai" could translate so well into a Star Wars-style space opera?

"Battle Beyond the Stars," "Cobra" and "Bloodsport" are all fun movies.
Another that might fit in this category is 1994's "No Escape." For some reason I saw that film many times when it aired on HBO back in the day and in the theater.
"The Story of Ricky" was another fun one.
There used to be a show on HBO back in the 90s called "Thursday Night Prime," and each week they'd air a B-Rated cheesy movie that was often entertaining to watch but definitely bad. One that comes to mind is "Project Shadowchaser 2" :

Point Break (the Keanu Reeves version). Love the cheesy plot, over-acting by Gary Busey, and the somewhat extended free-fall scenes at the end. Great popcorn movie!
In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!

I give him credit though for being a very compelling villain on screen. In fact so compelling that he often got typecast as a villain.

Max von Sydow IS Ming as far as I'm concerned. His performance and Queen's music is what makes that cheesy B movie watchable.

That, and Ming's force-like ability to make sexy women dance before giving them mind-induced orgasms.
And of course, his Flash-loving feisty daughter (who Timothy Dalton also had the hots for in the movie)...

100% sober: "Joe Versus the Volcano". Slightly-buzzed: "Xanadu". I kinda got it for Olivia Newton-John and I really like the ON-J/ELO (+ The Tubes/Cliff Richard) soundtrack. Super-buzzed: "Grease". ON-J again...the corruption of little Miss. Innocent by "Pulp Fiction" (another candidate). Date night trashing of theater (every other October or so): "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". Fantastic soundtrack + Susan Sarandon.
