It finally hit GOG... GOG store: Star Trek Starfleet Command III Some have issues getting it to run, some don´t. Either way there´s help, and guidelines on the GOG SCIII forum.Red

I played the heck out of this game when it was first released around 2003 I think? Anyway, it was fun to play online but I also thought it was a big step down from the previous two Starfleet Command games. There was a lot of "dumbing down" done with this game.

I agree, SC 1 and 2 were better in my opinion. 2 with the expansion (Orion Pirates) was the best for me. GOG has the first one and now the third so we might get lucky and see the second in the series someday.

Those are not from the Starfleet Command series, those are from the Armada series which is different.

Please no worries, just saying so nobody gets confused. Yes they do have the first SC, but unfortunately one can not be sure If It will work for W10, as It only works up to W8. That doesn't mean some didn´t get it to work with W10 with some effort. It´s the reason I never bought it.

SCIII is a different story PS: SCGE may have crashed on me twice in testing after I wrote this message Opps! Yeah, there´s all sorts of reports with the GOG version, a hit and miss thing. It´s like with the old Janes´s stuff, for some they get it to work, and some don´t. I had the Steam version of Fleet Command work alright, and then one day all of a sudden it stopped working. It´s PC things ya know haha.
