The screen shots in the article say Temp, is it that high deep in the ocean off of Hawaii?

That is ambient temperature.

Hawai'i is a volcanic hotspot. It's possible the wreckage is near enough to a thermal vent for the water to be that warm. Given the significant differences between the three pictures...116, 125, 138...that would be my guess.
