Been a Beach Boys fan my whole life. Song “Surfin’ USA” had the lyrics “… you’d see them wearing their baggies, their Archie sandals too..”. Today I discovered I’ve been wrong for decades. The actual isn’t “their Archie sandals” but is “ huarache sandals.”
If everybody had an ocean Across the U.S.A Then everybody'd be surfin' Like Californi-a You'd see them wearing their baggies Huarache sandals too A bushy bushy blond hairdo Surfin' U.S.A
Well, well, well.
Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
Someday your life will flash in front of your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching.

I’ve listened to “Penny Lane” by the Beatles countless times but it wasn’t until a few years ago that I found out Paul was saying “poppies” not “puppies”. Lol.
Behind the shelter in the middle of a roundabout A pretty nurse is selling poppies from a tray Forgivable Panzer Old Chap as Remembrance Poppy sales are a British thing "scuse me While I kiss this guy" Back in the day a daughter, small at the time used to warble: #Money for nothing and your chickens for free#

Not misunderstood, deliberately messed up: Saw Kenny Rogers at my hometown fair in the mid-70's. When he did "Fine Time to Leave Me Lucille, the last refrain went like this.
You picked a fine time to leave me, Lucille With four hungry children and a crop in the field. I've had some bad times, lived through some sad times, But this time you're heating oatmeal. You picked a fine time to leave me, Lucille.
SALUTE TO ALL!

Huh? Without any context I have no clue which song you are referring to. http://www.amiright.com/misheard/song/howbizarre.shtml
