Does ending a flight in the air over your Aerodrome penalize you in getting promotions?

Does ending a flight in the air on your side of the lines penalize your chances of getting promoted?

Does flight time have any bearing? I suspect number of successful missions do.

I did a search and found a post about someone getting promoted after 25 missions and no kills. But I haven't read anything definitive {not sure the devs should release any data}.

Mmh, the first two instances shouldn't have any impact from my experience. My DiD pilot got promoted from Feldwebel to Leutnant after around 30ish hours and 7-9 kills, going from memory. I know that in BHAHII made getting promoted harder than PE. That's all I know o7
