Gives way and suddenly it’s day again
The sun is in the east
Even though the day is done
Two suns in the sunset, hmph

^ Looks great. I can't imagine any seafood that I don't like.

++++++++++

New regular favorite "healthy breakfast", a couple of poached eggs in poblano peppers with melted chedder, over smothered potatoes w/onions...

And *real* meatloaf (last one was turkey, gotta have occasional red meat for higher T), with avocado corn salad and carrots...

Just take out the onions and I'd definitely eat and enjoy that!

No pics, too busy. Sorry...

Yogurt with fresh blueberries, homemade fruit salad (3 kinds of melons and fresh pitted cherries) and a cup of Irish breakfast tea with honey.

Look for me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tic Toc...or anywhere you may frequent, besides SimHq, on the Global Scam Net. Aka, the internet.
I am not there, never have been or ever will be, but the fruitless search may be more gratifying then the "content" you might otherwise be exposed to.

Sounds like my typical dinner, even the tea (after-dinner kettle/bag, Stevia + lemon wedge...unlike coffee, requires no creamer thus no late-night calories).

All righty then... for dinner tonight, a little heavy (for us) but as always, low carb.

Showing 1 of 2 trays that were about to be taken to my parent's apartment behind us. Wife cooked honey-glazed salmon with oven roasted broccoli and carrots, along with cauliflower, potato and garlic (also oven roasted) which she turned into soup...

I was about to try deep fried locust, but was warned that they use pesticides to catch them. frown
