^ Looks great. I can't imagine any seafood that I don't like. ++++++++++ New regular favorite "healthy breakfast", a couple of poached eggs in poblano peppers with melted chedder, over smothered potatoes w/onions... ] Just take out the onions and I'd definitely eat and enjoy that!

Yogurt with fresh blueberries, homemade fruit salad (3 kinds of melons and fresh pitted cherries) and a cup of Irish breakfast tea with honey.

Sounds like my typical dinner, even the tea (after-dinner kettle/bag, Stevia + lemon wedge...unlike coffee, requires no creamer thus no late-night calories).
